I got to mile 12 LAGBUS garage this morning at 8am but could not get a bus until after 9 30 am, not only was the queue very long but there was scarcity of busses to convey commuters to cms.
I took note of the return time for the bus that left short after my arrival and discover that the return time was actually over an hour and while I was there it was one bus every 45 minutes.

Naturally this is very bad for business and even worse for commuters who rely on Lagbus to ferry them every morning to work.
